Holmes Rackleff (Stage Manager)

Holmes Rackleff began her theatrical career as the Wicked Witch of the West in a kindergarten performance of The Wizard of Oz at New York City’s illustrious P.S. 11 in Chelsea. Since then, despite living in different cities and working in different professions, she has never been able to shake either theater or New York. Holmes studied acting at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York City. She has performed in various regional and New York theater companies, worked as a producer, director, promoter, production assistant, techie, make-up artist, understudy, leading lady, and tour van driver. Her favorite roles include Abigail in The Crucible and Alexa in As Bees in Honey Drown. Medea is her first stage managing gig. Holmes would like to thank her mother, JoEllyn, for teaching her the search for meaning, her father, Bob, for teaching her the value of hard work, and her brothers, Robby and Durward, for the humor and understanding that is always just a phone call away.
